Mrs. Datillo is Marina's sighted mother. She made her first appearance in her daughter's second appearance in "Prunella Sees the Light". Her husband has never been shown in the series, though he was mentioned in "Prunella Packs It In" and volunteers at the Elwood City Wildlife Center[1]. She is very instructional on her daughter. She has also become close friends with her daughter's best friend Prunella's mother Wanda Deegan.
