Mr. Powers is the father of Alan Powers, and the husband of Mrs. Powers. He was never seen working at the Ice Cream Shop, unlike his wife and son who work there often. He is most likely unemployed, because most of the time he is just seen working on his family's car, and he sometimes does a bad job but managed to get his wife to an Ice Cream Convention.
