Mei-Lin Barnes is Binky's adopted little sister from China. She can understand what Pal and Baby Kate say and is friends with them. She cannot walk yet and says she likes being on the ground, but Baby Kate can walk. She has a quilt that Binky's friends contributed to to make. Her first appearence is Big Brother Binky
