Mayor Hirsch is the mayor of Elwood City.
Physical appearance
He is an unknown type of rodent/weasel with a brown skin complexion (the same as Nigel Ratburn's) and he wears a mayor's uniform; a striped sash that is gold, white, and blue, a red tie and a red tie alongside a blue tuxedo and brown dress shoes.

- His name is a reference to Peter K. Hirsch, the head writer for Arthur.[1]
