Mayor Hirsch is the mayor of Elwood City.
Appearance
He is a rat with a brown skin complexion (the same as Nigel Ratburn's) and he wears a mayors uniform; a striped sash that is gold, white, and blue, a red tie and a red tie alongside a blue tuxedo and brown dress shoes.
Trivia
- His name is a reference to Peter K. Hirsch, a writer for Arthur.[1]
- His character model was reused for the President in a Bionic Bunny episode in "Buster's New Friend."
