Mayor Hirsch is the mayor of Elwood City.
Physical appearance
He is a rat with a brown skin complexion (the same as Nigel Ratburn's) and he wears a mayors uniform; a striped sash that is gold, white, and blue, a red tie and a red tie alongside a blue tuxedo and brown dress shoes.
