Lakewood Elementary Student Council

The Lakewood Elementary Student Council is an organization of students elected by their peers to help make decisions. The student council has never been mentioned or played a role in any Arthur episodes; however, a poster has been seen in "Castles in the Sky" which reads "Vote Francis for Student Council". It is unknown who Francis is.
