The Lakewood Elementary Student Council is an organization of students elected by their peers to help make decisions. The student council has never been mentioned or played a role in any Arthur episodes; however, a poster has been seen in "Castles in the Sky" which reads "Vote Frances for Student Council". It is unknown who Frances is.
