All Wet for example and he and the rest of the preschool class debuted on the same episode along with their teacher Ms. Morgan. He hangs out with the other students in the class including D.W. herself and not much is known about his personality. He may be the brother of Mary Ann as in the episodes Bleep! and Emily Swallows a Horse where the dad in both those episodes are the same.
