Justin Bradley is a Canadian voice actor and actor. He voiced Arthur in [[Arthur (season 6)|Season 6. Due to his lack of vocal range he would make Arthur seem whiny when he got upset. So when Moshe Moreno took over as Arthur he re-dubbed Bradley's dialogue for syndication.
