Justin Bradley is a Canadian voice actor and actor. He voiced Arthur in Season 6. Due to his lack of vocal range he would make Arthur seem whiny when he got upset. So when Mark Rendall took over as Arthur he re-dubbed Bradley's dialogue for syndication, however Bradley's dialogue is retained in international airings and home video releases. His voice was similar to that of Michael Yarmush.
