Jim's Drug Store is a store owned by a dog named Jim. The store sells sweets, toys and some school necessities like lunch boxes. In the episode Nerves of Steel Buster steals a CyberToy from here and places it in Arthur's backpack. In the end, the boys decide to return it, but both get into trouble for lying and stealing. Jim had both boys taken home by their parents for the theft.
The store has been in Elwood City for quite some time, as the store appeared in Grandma Thora's slideshow of Elwood City decades before Arthur was born.
