3rd Grade Female Rabbit is an unnamed character that is used as a background character in various episodes. She has had only one speaking role so far in the episode The Lousy Week.
She hangs out with other background characters and the main characters. She is a third grader in Mrs. Fink's class, though in earlier episodes she is seen in other classrooms around the school like in the episode Arthur and the Real Mr. Ratburn though the producers of the show most likely move these characters around.
She is friends with the other third graders and fourth graders. One of her friends 3rd Grade Male Dog is an example of her friends and she even held his hand during the episode The Scar-Your-Pants-Off Club!
Appearance
3rd Grade Female Rabbit is a rabbit with a cream complexion, with long blonde hair. She wears a light pink colored shirt, sky blue colored pants, and brown shoes. During the fall and winter time she wears a purple coat.
During the summer she wears her light pink shirt, short light blue green colored pants, and red and white sneakers. When it comes to swimming as shown in the episodes D.W.'s Backpack Mishap and Binky vs. Binky she wears a light blue colored swimsuit.

- This character is one of several minor characters that has been making reoccurring appearances since Arthur's Eyes.
