"I Thought I Saw The Other Night" was half a song that Fern wrote for the group U Stink in Arthur - It's Only Rock 'n' Roll. She only managed a couple of lines:

Well, I thought I saw the other night
A strange intendancy....

Binky tried to sing to the lyrics but no one liked his singing and Molly felt that the song needed more guitar, but Fern said the song was supposed to be slow and soft, which Molly felt to be boring. The song was never finished and apparently was scrapped at the end of the movie.
