Hothead is a fictional villain on the Bionic Bunny show. At first looking like an innocent girl that lost her kitten, Bionic Bunny realized her true identity after hearing her cat's name was Fireball. She and her cat subsequently burst into flame and she prepared to throw Fireball as a weapon.
In "April 9th", Binky was terrified of her because of the recent fire.
