Horseshoe is an evil alien and the servant of Kodo. He appeared in Buster's scary prediction from the episode "Bitzi's Beau" as a worst-case scenario of what Harry Mills would possibly look like. Horseshoe (disguised as a human) used a device shaped like a Boston Cream Pie to teleport Buster, Bitzi, and himself up to Kodo's spaceship. He changed back to his true form and Kodo thanked him for his work.
