Horace is the judge on Starcast, a fictional reality TV show. He is a parody of Simon Cowell. He is seen in "The Frensky Family Fiasco," when the Frenskys are watching Starcast. He tells Flex McGinty that even though his solo sounded like someone shaving a sick hyena, he has been chosen to win the show because of his hair. According to Catherine, his judging of the contestants is the best part of the show.
