Timothy is an unnamed character that is seen in the lunchroom, playground, and Miss Sweetwater's class. He has had only one speaking role, which was at the end of the episode Arthur's Substitute Teacher Trouble where he remarked that he felt bad for the kids in Mr. Ratburn's class. He is used as a background character just like many of the unnamed characters and some named minor characters and is often seen hanging out with minor characters along with the main characters.
Appearance
Timothy is a tanned rabbit that wears a faded purple collared sweater black pants with a belt, and red and white shoes. He also has some hair on his head.
