"Go Fly a Kite" is the second half of the seventh episode in the seventeenth season of Arthur.
Summary
While playing in the park, Binky, Muffy, & Ladonna stumble upon an abandoned kite. After failing to find the owner, the trio decides to take joint custody of the toy. But sharing it is easier said than done….[4]
Plot
Arthur finds a quarter & wonders if it's his. D.W. took the quarter from him saying he owes her money from 2 years ago. Then Arthur shows the viewers his sweater implying that D.W. & Kate can have it, but D.W. declines, saying it's way too Arthur-y. At Vicita's lemonade stand, Arthur & D.W. see a kite which accidentally flys away.

One day, Binky, Ladonna, & Muffy were playing when they see a kite stuck in a tree, they decide to share it. For several weeks they share it, but then 1 day they start to fight when suddenly Carl shows up & states it's his kite & invites them to fly the kite with him & the episode ends.
