Mister Rogers giving Arthur advice
Mister Rogers appeares in Arthur Meets Mister Rogers. He is a special guest voice because he comes from his own program: Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. He gives Arthur some helpful advice about not being afraid (pictured). He was also seen in the episode Elwood City Turns 100! However, his voice wasn't heard.
Mister Rogers died in 2003 from Stomach Cancer.
