Flip Wuttles is a character that debuted in the episode "Fifteen." He is the host of the game show "15 Minutes of Fame" at Radio ECR. When he met George he mispronounced his last name, and even mistakenly calls him Josh. This episode was his only appearance.
Description
Flip Wuttles is a dog with a tan complexion. He wore a purple suit, had on a pink tie, and brown shoes. He has short white hair and also wears glasses.
