4th Grade Female Cat is an unnamed fourth grader who debuted in the episode D.W. All Wet. She is a background character who is seen in many places around the school and other places in Elwood City.

She spoke once in the episode Arthur Goes to Camp and has not been heard speaking since the episode. She is also a member of the Tough Customers, but is usually seen with them at lunch, although in one episode she did chase George along with Binky and Rattles.

She hangs out with the 4th Grade Male Rabbit most of the time. Before the Tough Customers she was part of the group of kids (most likely other fourth graders) at Camp Horsewater that competed against the kids at Camp Meadowcroak. 

Appearance

4th Grade Female Cat is a cat with a tan complexion. She has long orange hair tied into a ponytail plus bangs, and wears a white T-shirt, a black sleeveless biker jacket, red pants, and sneakers.

In the episode D.W. All Wet she was seen wearing a black maillot. During her last appearances her skin color has gotten lighter then it was during earlier episodes.

Trivia

• She made occasional appearances in the earlier episodes, but started making rare appearances after Season 9. Then after Season 13 she mysteriously disappeared and hasn't been seen since. The Pride of Lakewood was her last appearance in the show so far.
• Just like her friend she only spoke in the episode Arthur Goes to Camp.
• This character (except Prunella and Marina) is the only other reoccurring fourth grade girl to ever speak.
