[[Fern Walters|Fern]] tries to write [[Fernkenstein's Monster (story)|a story]] that matches up to [[Mary Shelley]]'s novel ''Frankenstein''. She completes it and when she reads it to her friends, they're horrified and frightened. It seems to have worked ''too'' well, as they refuse to talk to her, fearing they might hear another story.

  • "Arthur's Underwear" is mentioned again, and is said to have happened months ago. This is one of several episodes to reference that incident. However, in this one, Muffy tells Arthur to forget the incident and move on with his life, acting as a nod to how much it had been referenced.
