Falafel Sandwich is a popular Middle Eastern street food. It is made with falafels, a traditional Middle Eastern food of deep fried chickpea patties often shaped into balls. As a sandwich, it is served in a pita bread pocket with lettuce and topped with a yogurt-tahini sauce.
