The Elwood City Community Center is a place in Elwood City that has activities that kids from Lakewood and most likely other schools participate in. The events include things like the woodworking class that George's father Neal Lundgren teaches. As revealed in the episode Popular Girls, Mr. Ratburn also runs a day camp where the kids actually had fun. In the same episode Mr. Ratburn even did karate lessons there too.
