Dr. Iris is an ophthalmologist, or eye doctor, who first appeared in "Arthur's Eyes." She appeared again in "Play it Again, D.W.," at Jane and David Read's high school reunion. She was voiced by Bronwen Mantel the same actress who voices Mrs. McGrady in the series.
Appearance
In the book, she had brown fur and no hair on her head, although the cartoon version depicted her with a dark gray complexion and blonde hair.
