Dottie is an employee of Fairwood Party Supplies. She was bothered when Arthur and his mother used the noisemakers in the store. She was nice to D.W. and told her how to make square balloons: blow square breaths. She's young and friendly on the TV series. In the Living Books version of Arthur's Birthday, she was old and mean. She kindly asked, "Can I help you?" every time the user clicks on her.
