Desperately Seeking Stanley is the eighth episode of Season 8. It aired on December 23rd, 2003 along with Desk Wars. It was written by Cusi Cram and the storyboard was done by Julian Harris & Patricia Atchison.
Overview
On his third birthday, Arthur's favorite present was Stanley, his teddy bear. Stanley protected Arthur when he was afraid of the dark... and even when his new baby sister D.W. arrived. What will he do if he sells him out of peer pressure?

Goofs
- In Arthur's third birthday party flashback, Francine was seen at his birthday party; but they didn't know each other until in the preschool flashback in the earlier episode Locked in the Library!. This is apparently a recon when compared to the earlier episode.
