Cory is the boyfriend of Sally McGill, a babysitter for Arthur and D.W. in the episode "Crushed." He was invited to meet Arthur and DW one evening, which made Arthur really mad. However, he is a nice guy, but he is awful at video games, as he never makes it past level one.
