Chip Crosswire is a character in the Arthur TV series. He is Muffy's college-age brother who is first referred to in Arthur's Perfect Christmas, first mentioned in the dialogue in "Phony Fern", and first appeared in "Matchmaker, Match Breaker". He closely resembles his father.
