Mrs. Featherfoffer was Arthur Read's babysitter from when he was a little boy.
Appearance
She has a gray skin complexion has hair that is brown, but is almost auburn. She wears yellow glasses, yellow earings, a light yellow turtleneck, purple pants with yellow flowers, and yellow shoes.
Personality
Arthur disliked her the most, because she was very strict and would force kids to go to bed, especially when it was daytime and they weren't tired.
History
While carrying groceries, she once paid Buster when he helped her out.[1] In "Citizen Frensky," is was seen working at the Elwood City Times. She makes cameos in many other episodes as well.
