Chef Francois Puffeau is a character in Arthur. He is a famous Italian-accented chef that appeared in "Buster's Carpool Catastrophe," in which he taught the cooking class that Arthur, Buster, and Muffy attended, along with 4 other kids (the other kids that also attended the class are all in Mrs. Fink's 3rd grade class).
Appearance
Francois is a rat with a brown complexion. He wore a chef uniform and a red necktie. He also has brown hair and a moustache.
