Buster the Lounge Lizard is the second half of the 4th episode of Season 15. It first aired on October 13, 2011 with Cents-Less.

Summary

After seeing an advertisement for a "Dark Buggy" on TV and bringing it to school, Buster accidentally gets the wayward electronic toy car lost in the teacher's lounge, so he tries to find a way to get it back with help from Binky.

Plot

Buster gets a new toy that he saw in a T.V. commercial, that began in the beginning of the episode. Buster then brings the toy to school, proceeding to show Arthur the toy, and accidentally hurting Binky who was across the hallway with a grip hook that latches itself onto Binky's shirt. Binky then confronts Buster to be careful, as his bouncy super ball was taken by Mr. Ratburn, as he brought a toy to school. But in the end, Buster brings it into the classroom, and tries to fit it into his desk. It does not work and the grip hook latches itself onto Mr. Ratburn's belt, proceeding for his pants to fall and for the class to his boxers. Mr. Ratburn confiscates the toy after class, but then gives it back, as the toy is highly sensitive (to all 5 senses). Buster proceeds to put it in his locker but the toy escapes. Buster then tries to get into the teacher's lounge as his highly sensitive new dark bunny automobile went in on accident. He meets with Francine, Muffy, Arthur at the Sugar Bowl where they discuss what maybe happens at the Teacher's Lounge. The trio leaves, when Binky confronts Buster about meeting to the playground. He goes with Binky as they devise a plan to sneak into the teacher's lounge. Buster decides to sneak in through the window, but then declines over moral value about the lounge being a place of privacy. When this happens Mr. Ratburn appears through the window and gives back the automobile toy. It then ends with Mr. Ratburn and the principal playing with Binky's toy, as Binky only wanted to help so Buster could also retrieve his toy.
