Buster has given a tomato to Mr. Ratburn in the park.
Mr. Ratburn: Mmm. This is the best tomato I've ever had!
Buster has given a tomato to Brain at the ice-cream shop.
Brain: Mmm. The most delectable Lycopersicon esculentum I've ever ingested!
Buster: Huh?
Brain: It's the best tomato I've ever had! Buster nods.

After giving some homegrown tomatoes to his friends, Buster has a dream in which Arthur and Brain are begging in the streets.
Arthur: Spare some change, sir?
Brain: Our stomachs our seized with peristaltic contractions, and our mouths are filled with an excess of saliva.
Arthur: We're hungry! Arthur holds out a can. A man drops a coin in it and walks on. A penny?? We can't buy anything with this! Oh, we're doomed!
Brain: Wait! Look! Up in the sky! It's Cat Saver! Buster arrives in a tomato-themed Santa-like sled. No, I mean, Piano Tamer. No, it's...
Arthur+Brain: Captain Pomodoro!
Arthur: And his dog, Ragù! Buster lands. The dog carries a bag of tomatoes.
Buster: Here you go, boys. They're made from my own secret compost mixture. That's why they're so big and juicy. Arthur and Brain eat.
Arthur+Brain: Thanks… eat …Captain Pomodoro.
Buster: Come, Ragù. We mustn't tarry. As long as there is hunger and bland salads in this world, I shall not rest!
Arthur+Brain: Bye, Captain Pomodoro!
Buster: On, Plum! On, Cherry! On, Beefsteak! On, Vine-Ripe, Heirloom and Jersey... !
