Buster's Dino Dilemma is the second part of the third episode of season one in the Arthur TV Series. It was written by Matt Steinglass. The storyboards were done by Raymond Lebrun. It aired on September 16, 1996, along with it's linked episode D.W. All Wet.
Plot Outline
Arthur talks to the viewing audience about how people can get carried away with things sometimes.
