Bitzi Baxter

Bitzi Baxter is Buster Baxter's mother. She is a single mother whom Buster lives with, and they both live in a condominium. She is the the editor-in-chief of the Elwood City Times. In the episode, 'Pick a Car, Any Car , she is revealed to drive a light green mid-sized coupe. She is voiced by Ellen David.
