Bitzi's father was the father of Bitzi Baxter and her two brothers: Stu and Robert Baxter.
He is now deceased, and was the husband of Buster's grandmother. He was the son of Bitzi's grandfather, father-in-law of Bo Baxter, and grandfather of Buster. He is mentioned in the episode "Background Blues" when Bitzi tells Buster that he worked as a tollbooth operator. Buster also brings his grandfather's lunch box in for the class project and finds an old sandwich from 1955 in it. His only appearance is in a flashback in "Fright Night".
