The Bank President is a character in Arthur. He is the president of the Bank of Elwood City. He had a cameo in the episode "Play it Again, D.W." as one of the guests at Arthur's parents' high school reunion and makes his full appearance in the episode "Arthur's Lost Dog", in which he announces a free giveaway from the bank.
