(Arthur Read is in his room, trying to do his homework, but he can't seem to concentrate with all that noise outside)
Arthur: Mr. Ratburn gives hard homework, and it's even harder when my sister D.W. is outside with her friends, the Tibble twins! (groans) Either one of them is bad enough! Without stopping to take a breath, Timmy Tibble can yell for five minutes.
Timmy: (yells)
Arthur: And Tommy Tibble - sometimes it seems like he's FOUR KIDS!
(more yelling)
Arthur: If you think the Tibbles are bad now, imagine what they would be like if they had super powers!
(Title card)
Binky Barnes: (V.O.) Attack of the Turbo Tibbles.
D.W.: (screaming)
Tibble Twins: (laughing)
Arthur: Mom, I can't concentrate on my homework with D.W. & her friends screaming outside.
