Arthur's class is writing letters to another third-grade class across the state. Assuming that he'll never meet his pen pal, Justin, Arthur exaggerates his basketball abilities in his letters. But Justin turns out to be Mrs. MacGrady's grandson, and she arranges for the boys to meet. Can Arthur's friends teach him to the the ballplayer he claims to be?
