Arthurs' friends all have new toys called Woogles, which Arthur thinks are silly toys. He starts to feeleft out, so he is pressurized into wanting one, but they're all sold out. He tries pretending he had one, and even tries new fads. Accidently, he starts a new fad of bottle caps. He learns he shouldn't be pressurized into doing something.
