Arthur Holden (born August 28, 1959) is a Canadian voice actor and the voice actor for Arthur Read's third grade teacher, Mr. Ratburn, the unnamed photographer, and Bionic Bunny (played by Wilbur Rabbit) from Bionic Bunny. He was born in Montreal, Quebec. His father was Richard Holden, a lawyer and member of the provincial legislature of Quebec.
