Arthur's Mystery Envelope is the second half of the 10th episode of Season 2 of the animated children's series Arthur. Together with D.W. Goes to Washington, it first aired on December 15th, 1997.

Summary

Mr. Haney gives an envelope to Arthur to give to his mom. The episode begins with Arthur's friends wondering what's in the envelope. Then Francine and Buster have a tug-of-war with the envelope until Binky grabs it and says, " I bet you failed Ratburn's big history tests." Then, Francine assumes that Arthur will have to go to summer school. Then we see Arthur in his desk with stacks of textbooks with Mr. Ratburn enjoying an ice cream. Then, we see Arthur's friends flying by the window like it's a tornado until Buster echoes "Repeat it" several times then the school falls quickly then a cow flies by mooing. Arthur is worried about the contents of the envelope, thinking that it's about him, so he comes up with a way of giving it to his mom without her opening it. The envelope turns out to contain Mr. Haney's tax documents.

Plot

At school, Mr. Haney spoke to the classroom. The classic of the children's series was 1977 episode of Japan. In december 1977, hundreds of viewers in Japan. ABC World News Tonight one year later, the classic Evening News (? - 1978) 50 years of Wal-Mart.
