Alowishus Zimmerflots is a minor character. He only appears once, in D.W.'s Library Card. Tommy Tibble said that D.W. has an easy name to spell, and that she should be glad that she wasn't Alowishus Zimmerflots. His first line is: "Oh, no. I ran out of room again." His second line is, when D.W. sees him with a book and wanting to know if the book is "Hopalong the Frog", Alowishus says, "No! It's 'Chippy the Choo-Choo."
Appearance
Alowishus is a cat with orange hair and yellow glasses. He has a red shirt and a white undershirt. He also bears a striking resemblance to 3rd Grade Female Cat, but is male and therefore not the same person.
