Appearances
He is used as a background character in most episodes, but has a speaking part in "Elwood City Turns 100" . He was also a cast member and "Buster's Dino Dilemma" as Brain's Fossil Partner where he portrays a dinosaur while stepping off the bus.
Relationships
He is often seen with George and Jenna. His family is never seen. There is a possibility he is friends with Muffy because the intro of The Election portrays him at her side at the presidential inauguration.
