Appearances
He is used as a background character in most episodes, but has a speaking part in "Elwood City Turns 100" . He was also a cast member and "Buster's Dino Dilemma" as Brain's Fossil Partner where he portrays a dinosaur while stepping off the bus.
Apparel
He is normally seen wearing a tan sweater and brown pants. In the winter he wears a blue jacket with a yellow circle on it.
