3rd Grade Male Dog is an unnamed third grader who has made his first appearance in the episode D.W.'s Imaginary Friend. He has spoke twice, which happened in the episodes Arthur, World's Greatest Gleeper and Arthur Cleans Up.
Ever since those two episodes he has been used as a background character throughout the series. Not much else is known about this character due to the lack of legitimate information on him. His appearances have significantly diminished since the earlier episodes.
Friends
He hung out with Otis during the opening of Arthur, World's Greatest Gleeper and probably hangs out with the other background characters of the series, and most likely the main characters too.
