Mrs. Ciccone is the mother of Rattles. She appears in "Thanks a Lot, Binky" coming out of Mr. Haney's office after Binky told Mr. Haney that Rattles was about to do a dangerous stunt. In her only appearance, she wears a white shirt, an orange jacket, jeans, and has an orange purse. She is gray and has long black hair.
