Princess Philomena was Muffy's homemade dummy from Arthur's Dummy Disaster. Technically, she was not a true ventriloquist dummy because of the tape recorder on her back. The tape recorder was also her downfall, repeating like a broken record until Muffy couldn't take it anymore and threw her in the garbage.
