Summary
There is a new candy bar out and Buster wants to eat it, but it is causing all his friends to go crazy. Buster investigates the candy bar and discovers an ingredient that is addictive.

Trivia
According to Brain, there are SOME radioactive elements in the Big Boss Bar. However, if you consume radioactive ingredients it you can get radioactive poisoning and die!
The Supreme Dog guy could get charged with Scamming, putting illegal substances in the bar, felony, and involuntary man-slaughter if the kids get sick and die from it. He could get sued and sentenced to 20-30 years in prison.
The title of this episode is a parody of the Shakespeare play,'To be or not to be.'
